The Friends of Edinburgh and the Lothians Samaritans are a group who work hard in order to raise funds for the Branch. Without fundraising it would not be possible for Edinburgh & Lothians Samaritans to offer its support to those experiencing feelings of distress and those who experience suicidal thoughts.
Every year the Friends manage a varied programme of events and in 2003 for example organised a promises auction, ceilidh, garden party, stalls at several venues and our 50th Anniversary Ball.
